專訪泰國(guó)前副總理：美國(guó)挑動(dòng)分裂，中國(guó)強(qiáng)調(diào)尊重

　　黨的二十大召開(kāi)期間，泰國(guó)前副總理、泰中文化促進(jìn)委員會(huì)主席披尼·扎祿頌巴 (Phinij Jarusombat) 作客中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)社推出的訪談節(jié)目《連線·全球政要看中國(guó)十年》，對(duì)中國(guó)過(guò)去十年的發(fā)展成就表示肯定，為中國(guó)一貫秉持的平等互利的外交理念點(diǎn)贊。

　　歷史性盛會(huì)，歷史性成就

　　披尼表示，中國(guó)是世界大國(guó)，中國(guó)的一舉一動(dòng)對(duì)全世界、全人類都有巨大影響力。因此，中共二十大是一次歷史性大會(huì)，對(duì)中國(guó)，乃至世界各國(guó)人民都十分重要。

　　披尼非常關(guān)注習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在會(huì)上所做的報(bào)告，認(rèn)為其中有許多有價(jià)值的內(nèi)容，都是具體、真實(shí)發(fā)生在中國(guó)的事跡。目前中國(guó)占據(jù)全世界經(jīng)濟(jì)總量的18.5%，說(shuō)明了中國(guó)在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位。過(guò)去十年，中國(guó)的GDP成倍增長(zhǎng)，從54萬(wàn)億元增長(zhǎng)到114萬(wàn)億元；人均收入水平也呈現(xiàn)跳躍式的大幅增長(zhǎng)，從不到4萬(wàn)元增長(zhǎng)到8.1萬(wàn)元，這是中國(guó)的巨大成就。

　　西方挑動(dòng)分裂，中國(guó)強(qiáng)調(diào)尊重

　　回顧歷史，披尼表示，中國(guó)曾飽受列強(qiáng)侵略，但中國(guó)不斷抗?fàn)帲�中�?guó)人民為了祖國(guó)舍生忘死，為的就是堅(jiān)持中國(guó)的立場(chǎng)：世界各國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)相互尊重，不應(yīng)有侵略和干涉的行為。中國(guó)堅(jiān)持相互尊重的原則，中國(guó)的一貫立場(chǎng)是，世界各國(guó)應(yīng)該享有自主的權(quán)力，不應(yīng)干涉別國(guó)內(nèi)政。

　　China had been the victim of invasion from different powers in the world in its history. But the nation has kept on fighting, and the Chinese people has made huge sacrifices for their motherland to uphold China’s position. It is important for nations in the world to respect each other. Invasion and interference are not right. China has adhered to a principle of mutual respect, and it has been China’s long-held position that different countries should enjoy their independence while refrain from interfering the internal affairs of other nations.

　　但以美國(guó)為首的一些西方大國(guó)，為謀取自身利益而不斷干涉別國(guó)內(nèi)政，到處引發(fā)沖突、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以及各種問(wèn)題，在朝鮮、越南、伊拉克、利比亞、敘利亞等許多國(guó)家發(fā)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，導(dǎo)致了世界的分裂和沖突，讓國(guó)際社會(huì)處于水深火熱之中。面對(duì)這些大國(guó)侵犯小國(guó)利益，干涉別國(guó)內(nèi)政的行為，中國(guó)可以發(fā)揮重要的制衡作用。

　　But the United States and other Western powers have never stopped in their interference and efforts to pursue interests and power, leading to conflicts, wars and various problems. They have started wars in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Libya and Syria, sowing divisions and conflicts and plunging the international community into abyss. China, however, can play an important role as counterbalance to these superpowers that are still engaged in interference with other countries and infringing upon interests of small nations.

　　中國(guó)在聯(lián)合國(guó)也占據(jù)重要地位，擁有一票否決權(quán)，展現(xiàn)了維護(hù)各國(guó)之間公平秩序、平等地位，保持相互尊重的立場(chǎng)。這使中國(guó)贏得了世界各國(guó)的尊重，從亞洲、非洲、中東，到歐洲和南北美洲。世界上很多國(guó)家接受中國(guó)的政策和立場(chǎng)，最主要的一點(diǎn)是因?yàn)椋�中�?guó)不干涉別國(guó)內(nèi)政，只提供幫助和合作。

　　China has an important role in the United Nations, with a veto power as one of the five permanent members of the Security Council, and the nation has taken on a position to safeguard the fair order, equal position and uphold the mutual respect between different nations. This has won China the respect from various nations in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and even North and South America. Now countries are embracing China and its policies, because the nation has never interfered with the affairs of other nations and offered only help and cooperation, which is of vital importance.
